Return and Refund Policy

Scope
​This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products sold by our company through international sales channels. By purchasing from us, customers agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

The customer cancels the order before the product has been shipped.

The product delivered does not match the order placed.

Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must:

Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
All approved refunds will be processed within a maximum of fourteen (14) business days from the date the return is confirmed and approved.
Please note that depending on the customer’s financial institution, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in the account.

Customers are responsible for complying with local import/export regulations. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless required by law.
